Vanessa Poulton is an experienced occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting youth and adults struggling with their mental health. She has extensive experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety and depression, trauma histories, and life transitions.
Vanessa has training in evidence-based psychotherapies, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness to support children, teens, adults and families. Her areas of interest include: anxiety management, coping with depression, grief and loss, managing life transitions and stress, bereavement support, pregnancy/postpartum mood support, parenting challenges and women’s health.
Vanessa is available to meet with clients at the Halifax Clinic, virtually and in the community.
