Alex is a Registered Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children, youth, and adults in developing the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives. She works with children experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, motor development, and independence in daily activities, helping them build confidence across home, school, and community environments. 

Alex supports adults and seniors in managing physical and mental health challenges, providing individualized interventions such as home safety assessments, workplace modifications, and chronic pain management. She works with individuals recovering from workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and those navigating chronic pain, executive functioning challenges, and mental health-related barriers to participation, helping them engage more fully in daily life. 

Alex brings a strong understanding of how emotions, stress, and physical experiences can impact participation in meaningful activities. She thoughtfully adapts this knowledge to provide care that is trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, engaging, and tailored to each individual. She takes a collaborative and compassionate approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and motivated to reach their goals.
