Assessment & Support Options

At Thrive Therapy, we offer flexible assessment options, ranging from verbal feedback to comprehensive written reports. Our assessments are designed to meet your needs while minimizing unnecessary time, cost, and complexity.

Following the assessment, your therapist will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized therapy plan. This includes discussing the level of support that will be most helpful for you and your family.

In addition to individual therapy sessions, we also offer add-on services, called Packages, which are designed for those who benefit from more structure, accountability, and hands-on guidance between therapy sessions.

Our goal is to ensure you receive the right amount of support to make meaningful progress, in a way that feels manageable, sustainable, and aligned with your daily life.
